Abstract
The article presents a new method of expert valuation of agricultural enterprises as an integrated asset complex. The method defines items and a valuation algorithm. The components of an integrated asset complex are as follows: objects (sources of income), current assets (supporting sources of income), non-current assets - unclassified (growth potential) and liquidated assets (future sources of financing). The presented method includes the valuation of agricultural enterprises based on the income possible to obtain from the subject, taking into account the market value of assets and debt.
