The author describes the changing systems of democracy in the evolving world. He draws attention to the crisis of the present mechanisms of democracy and its causes. He notices that new parameters of the contemporary life should be taken into account when debating on the future. In conclusion, the author states that building new mechanisms of democracy will make it attractive again.
