Consequences of the System of Financing the Secondary Education Transformation

Abstract
The reform of the educational system predicts changes being to introduce at the level of secondary schools. Comprehensive costs of the reform refer to the costs of the education system reorganisation, financial support of the tutorial process in reformed educational institutions and the establishing definite rules of the financing main educational tasks. Financial burden of the implementation of the Government project of the education reform will be not on1y imposed on the State budget but also on local self-government budgets as well as on budgets of the households. The lack of the satisfactory support of the State would result in decreasing chances of the children from less situated families for equal access to secondary education.
