Regulacje na rynku mleka w Polsce i Unii Europejskiej

Generally, intervention in the dairy sector predominantly is designed to assure high level of producer prices for milk, ·beef and veal as well as to intervention procurement of these products by the state agencies financed from the agricultural budget. In the member states of the European Union, there exists strong developed system of agricultural regulations, which includes high level of subsidies to agricultural products, export subsidies, border tariffs, and import quotas. Poland has already implemented the support system for dairy sector but it covers exclusively intervention purchases of powdered milk and butler in the case of their seasonal oversupply as well as the covering the costs of their storage.
