Working Capital and Financial Liquidity in Selected Meat-Processing Companies Listed on Stock Exchange

Abstract
In this paper different sources of financing working capital as well as financial liquidity of companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (namely Drosed, Farm-Food, Indykpol and Pekpol) were presented. In the 90-ties, the process of worsening of financial liquidity in examined companies was stated. Additionally, the changes in ways of financial covering of working capital were observed. In this aspect, short-term expensive credit starts to play an increasing role.
