Outsourcing - metoda zrównoważonego rozwoju w procesie restrukturyzacji przedsiębiorstw

Author made an attempt to formulate and to analyse the dilemma of fundamental changes in the scope of enterprise activity. He presented assumptions of outsourcing process, its circumstances, advantages and the most important threats it raises. The outsourcing is caused either by the changes of company environment or internal crisis and is aimed at improvement of firm performance. Generally, it leads to decreasing production costs. Outsourcing itself consists in using services or self-products offered on the market by other firms. It is connected with the choosing between strategy of purchasing services or commodities used to produce final products on the one hand and their production by firm under consideration on the other hand.
