Changes in food economy with reqard to axiological conditions

Abstract
The author indicates axiological conditions in economy inherited from the modern age and suggests to look at changes in food economy in the perspective of two crises: crisis of economical concepts and notions u nable to face global anomalies and crisis of culture, in which these concepts are an inspiration for economical activities. The constructive understanding of the crisis introduced by the author allows to notice the strength, which inspires both for reflection and creative activities.
